Dr. Eva Telzer, an Assistant Professor in Developmental Psychology, has been selected for a three-year 2019-2021 Jacobs Foundation Early Career Research Fellowship.

Highly talented and innovative young scholars and mid-career researchers working on child and youth development advance their research with a Jacobs Foundation Research Fellowship, which will improve the development and living conditions of children and youth. The Jacobs Foundation Research Fellowship Program is a globally competitive fellowship program for early and mid-career researchers from all scholarly disciplines. The program addresses early- and mid-career researchers from all scholarly disciplines contributing to improving the living conditions of children and youth and/or to one of the Foundation’s thematic priorities. Each year, between seven and eleven fellowships are awarded to young scholars who have earned their PhD no more than seven years ago. Two or three fellowships go to mid-career researchers who earned their PhD no more than 15 years ago.

Dr. Telzer was selected as a Jacobs Early Career Research Fellow for her research accomplishments, creativity, and her potential to become a leader in the scientific community to the field of child and youth development. Congratulations, Dr. Telzer!
